CEO Message For Our Members COVID-19

Dear AltaOne Members,
As we continue to monitor the reports regarding the COVID-19 situation, we want you to know that AltaOne continues to be here for you.  As the information evolves, our first priority continues to be the safety of our team and our members.  So, to comply with CDC, Federal and State guidance, AltaOne has developed a plan to serve you in a different way:

The Annual Meeting has been postponed from April 7, 2020 to July 7, 2020 by Resolution of the Board of Directors.
Change in Branch Hours
Beginning on Monday, March 23, 2020,  Branch hours at most of our locations will be shortened and staggered.  This method will allow our cleaning services to disinfect our Branches not only at night but in the middle of the day before opening for the afternoon.
While we apologize for any convenience this may cause, it is imperative we continue to disinfect and sanitize frequently.
To continue service to you throughout the day, however, our Branch Drive-Throughs, ATMs, Online Banking, Call Center and the AltaOne mobile app will be available for you.  If you have questions about any of these services, please contact our Call Center at (800) 433-9727.
Below is a list of the operating hours for each location. And, please bear in mind, these hours may change depending on the public health guidance we receive.
How Do I Get A Loan During This Time?
AltaOne will be here for your lending needs.  You can continue to apply for loans online at www.altaone.org/personal/loans
For our members who have applied for automobile or home loans, we will continue to serve you primarily through phone conversations and work on your loans virtually.   In-branch appointments can also be set up at this time by contacting our Call Center at (800) 433-9727.  In-branch appointments will be primarily for loan closing activities – signing automobile loan documents, or special circumstances only.
Helping Through the Emergency
If you have been impacted by COVID-19 through a reduction in income, we are here.  Our team is ready to provide financial guidance.  Please call our AltaCares Team at (760) 371-7156 or email them at LMCARES@altaone.net to discuss your special circumstances or set up a phone appointment with one of our team members.

Should it be necessary to change our hours or the way we deliver our services in order to maintain health safety to you and our employees, we pledge to notify you in the best way possible.  This means that it may not always be possible to provide immediate notification by the U.S. Postal Service.  So please monitor our websites, our Facebook page, and our Branches for the latest information.  We will get the word out on changes in all the ways we have available to us at the time.
