Voice One
AltaOne's VoiceOne system is an easy-to-use, menu-driven service that gives you 24-hour access to your credit union accounts through a touch-tone telephone. With VoiceOne, you can make confidential transactions and inquiries whenever it's convenient.

  • Hear your current balance, last transactions, cleared checks, and dividends earned 
  • Transfer loan payments, credit card payments, and savings deposits between your accounts
  • Make Line-of-Credit/Reserve advances
To use VoiceOne telephone banking, simply call (800) 433-9727, option 1, and be ready to enter your:
  • Member Number
  • PIN*

Then simply follow the voice prompts (the voice prompts may be skipped when you become more familiar with the system).

Lost Debit/Visa Cards
