 1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 14 years old at the time of entry. Individuals under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate. By entering the promotion, participants (or their legal guardians) confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

• This contest is open to California residents only. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees of AltaOne (full-time, part-time, temporary, contract).

• Immediate family members of employees, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren (biological, step, and in-laws).

• Members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee of AltaOne.

• Household members residing with employees, board members, or committee members.

AltaOne reserves the right to determine eligibility and disqualify entries at its sole discretion.

2. Entry Process
Participants may enter the contest by:

• Liking and commenting on the designated contest post on ALTA’s Facebook and/or Instagram (@HeyItsALTA). 1 entry per platform (maximum of 2 entry per person, per week).

• Alternatively, participants without social media accounts may enter via an online form at https://form.jotform.com/250355926217155, limited to 1 entry per person per week.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants must provide their first and last name, valid mailing address, email, and phone number for verification purposes.

3. Prize Details

• Prize: $25 Amazon Gift Card.

• Frequency: 1 winner will be selected each week.

• Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen through a random selection process.

• Each participant can only win once during the entire promotion period.

 5. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on social media, email, or other provided contact methods.

• Winners must claim their prize within 14 calendar days of the initial notification. If the prize is unclaimed, it will be awarded to an alternate winner.

6. Promotion Period

• End Date: March 31, 2025

• Weekly Entry Period: Mondays at 12:01 AM (PST) through Sundays at 11:59 PM (PST).

• Any disputes will be resolved individually in California courts.

•  AltaOne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if unforeseen issues arise. Participants engaging in fraud, manipulation, or violating rules will be disqualified.

11. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Spamming or submitting repetitive entries.

• Using fake accounts or misrepresenting identity.

• Violating social media platform terms.

• Submitting offensive or inappropriate content.

• Harassment of other participants or contest administrators.

AltaOne's decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

• No tax implications for the winner.
