"3 Ways to Win" Promotion
Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The "3 Ways to Win" Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by AltaOne Federal Credit Union ("AltaOne"), 701 S. China Lake Blvd., Ridgecrest, CA 93555.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on July 27, 2026, and ends on August 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to:

  • Natural persons who are legal residents of the United States.

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

  • Eligible to establish membership with AltaOne Federal Credit Union.

The following are not eligible to participate:

  • AltaOne employees

  • Members of AltaOne's Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the above

  • Individuals residing in the same household as any of the above

Void where prohibited by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, TRANSACTION, LOAN APPLICATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. A free Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE") is available as described below.

5. How to Enter

Participants may earn entries during the Promotion Period through the following activities:

Method 1 – Try Alta.Assist™

Use Alta.Assist™ Interactive Teller Machine services during the Promotion Period.

Method 2 – Play AltaOne Bingo

Complete designated Bingo activities listed on the official AltaOne Bingo card and submit a completed card by 12 PM August 1, 2026.

Method 3 – Earn Raffle Tickets

Complete eligible promotional activities designated by AltaOne during the Promotion Period. Each eligible activity earns raffle tickets for entry.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing any of the activities described above, hand-print your name, address, phone number, email address, and the words "3 Ways to Win Entry" on a 3" x 5" card and drop off the card at the branch:

One AMOE per individual. Entries must be dropped off at the Ridgecrest Corporate branch by 12 PM, Saturday, August 1, 2026. AMOE entries will receive the same number of entries as the corresponding promotional activity.

6. Prize Descriptions

The following prizes will be awarded:

  • Multiple gift cards from Amazon and participating local businesses

  • Individual gift card values may vary

  • Total ARV of all prizes: $600.00

AltaOne reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Drawing and Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Drawings will be conducted on or about or about 12 PM, Saturday, August 31, 2026.

All decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by telephone, email, mail, or in person using the information provided during entry.

If a winner:

  • Cannot be contacted within five (5) business days;

  • Fails to respond within the timeframe specified by AltaOne;

  • Is found to be ineligible; or

  • Declines the prize,

AltaOne may select an alternate winner.

10. Prize Conditions

Prizes:

  • Are not transferable.

  • Have no cash value unless required by law.

  • May not be substituted by the winner.

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance are solely the responsibility of the winner.

AltaOne may issue any required tax reporting forms as required by applicable law.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for AltaOne to use the winner's name, city, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. General Conditions

AltaOne reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

  • Cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

  • Verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AltaOne Federal Credit Union and its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with AltaOne's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

15. Winner List

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Promotion.
